Yep, I’ve burnout out, suffered with depression, all in the name of not being authentic to my true self – in my career AND in my love life.

And I see many hugely talented, senior HR professionals suffering the same way I did. 

Struggling with overwork, perfectionism, people pleasing and “imposter syndrome” (I detest that label by the way!) and since 2020 the pressures on HR teams have been EXTRAORDINARY.

It’s been a gamechanger hasn’t it.

And it isn’t going away.

Your friends and family either don’t get it or are too busy with their own problems.

So you suffer, in silence.
